The Managing Director will guide strategy, oversee delivery of treasury services, mentor team members, and collaborate with loan, wealth management, and insurance partners to maximize revenue and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of banking, treasury management, or financial services experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury management growth and business development strategies.
• Manage relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Responsible for completion of RFPs and proposals for all branch locations.
• Coordinate the delivery of bank products to major accounts.
• Lead the treasury management product strategy and support customer presentations at branch level.
