The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, vendor management, and collaboration with fintech partners to evolve treasury solutions for corporate clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Treasury Management, cash management, or commercial banking product management.
• CTP designation is preferred and considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of payments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud mitigation.
• Experience managing products through lifecycle and performance evaluation.
• Ability to analyze product performance data to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Shape product strategy and roadmaps using client needs, market trends, and technology.
• Own the product lifecycle from development to retirement with cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze adoption, volume, profitability, pricing, and service performance to drive improvements.
• Lead Treasury Management solutions including payments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and IT to drive product adoption.
• Manage fintech and vendor partnerships and oversee performance and renewals.
• Develop product training and documentation for internal teams.
