Job summary

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Manager, Treasury Management Solutions to lead the Treasury Solutions department and provide operational support to the Treasury line of business. You will train, coach, and guide staff while driving process improvements and performance metrics to maximize efficiency.

The role requires banking experience, people management, and a collaborative mindset to work with Operations, Compliance, Audit, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of operations, treasury management, or retail experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum of one year of managing others.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Treasury Solutions department and staff.
• Provide operational support to the Treasury line of business.
• Update and optimize Treasury Operations processes.
• Develop performance metrics to maximize staff utilization.
• Participate in special projects including bank acquisitions.
• Communicate changes and information to Treasury staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Audit, and other departments.
