First Merchants Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to join our Indianapolis team. You will drive growth of treasury management services, engage with clients to understand needs, and deliver tailored solutions. The role emphasizes building relationships, needs assessments, and collaboration with internal teams.

You will develop sales strategies to meet targets, provide TM tool training, and work with the Treasury Management Officer on onboarding and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of financial services or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of treasury management services by engaging with clients to understand financial needs and tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and provide training on treasury management tools.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officer on joint calls to deliver onboarding experiences.
• Ensure SLA compliance and proactive client follow-through through onboarding and post-training.
