Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and strengthen relationships with TM solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell treasury management services.
• Collaborate on joint calls with Treasury Management Officer.
• Educate clients on onboarding and value of TM.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely onboarding.
• Maintain CRM TM tracker and client records.
