You will collaborate with internal teams, stay informed on treasury products and market trends, and drive sales strategies to meet targets while providing excellent service and client education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in financial services or related field.
• Familiarity with treasury management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to retain and expand treasury management usage.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officer on joint calls.
• Educate clients about onboarding processes and services.
• Ensure timely submission of onboarding requests within SLA.
• Provide proactive follow-up and address client needs post-training.
