Job summary

Cb&S Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Consultant I to develop new TM business relationships and expand existing client TM services. You will work with Bankers and Market Leaders to close opportunities, promote TM in the local community, and provide training to staff as needed.

The role requires consulting with clients on Treasury Management needs, presenting TM proposals, and ensuring service implementation aligns with client agreements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in treasury management, banking, sales or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop a systematic, goal-oriented sales process with CRM usage and revenue projection.
• Attend meetings to promote TM, partner with Market Leaders, and uncover opportunities.
• Train and support bank personnel to facilitate business development and client retention.
