Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Consultant to sell Treasury Management solutions to clients and prospects and to work with Commercial Lending Officers on treasury management service proposals alongside commercial loan sales efforts.

The role emphasizes building new relationships, expanding existing client relationships, and collaborating on joint sales initiatives in a hybrid Waltham, MA environment with strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience in Treasury/Cash Management.
• Proven sales results in a banking environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships in assigned markets.
• Manage existing business customer relationships and increase value through cross-selling.
• Call on businesses referred by lenders and jointly sell with Commercial Lending Officers.
• Initiate leads through outside sources.
• Analyze customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare prospective customer proposals.
• Refer customers to other departments to maximize opportunities.
• Assist with new client onboarding or service installation.
• Maintain high market visibility through community involvement.
• Coordinate with support departments to deliver products per policy.
