Liberty Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to drive consultative sales of Treasury Management solutions, acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. You will provide highly specialized advice and coordinate with commercial teams to maximize revenue and client coverage.

The role emphasizes in-person visits, calling, and presenting to business, commercial, and government clients, requiring travel across Liberty’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside Treasury Management sales and relationship experience preferred.
• Proven verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Established critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Demonstrated experience understanding business cash flow.
• CTP or CCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account revenue growth, deposits, calling and prospecting, RFP responses, and presenting plans.
• Conduct discovery conversations with business, commercial, and government clients to find Treasury opportunities.
• Devising and implementing calling strategies to meet goals.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services and pricing.
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to develop leads.
• Generate new commercial deposit relationships and enhance client retention.
• Promote cross-bank referrals for other products and services.
• Communicate implementation timelines to align with customer expectations.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals and build client-focused proposals.
