Liberty Bank is hiring a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to drive consultative sales of Treasury Management solutions for commercial, government, and non-profit clients. You will acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships, providing expert guidance on products, pricing, and implementation timelines.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 80% of the footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside Treasury Management sales and relationship experience preferred.
• Proven verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Established critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Revenue growth through prospecting, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Discovery conversations with business/government clients to identify Treasury Management opportunities.
• Develop and execute calling strategy to meet sales goals and lead generation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Treasury Management products, services and pricing.
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to develop leads.
