Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is seeking a Treasury Management and Government Banking Officer to grow and support our municipal, government and business client base on Cape Cod and beyond.

The role focuses on selling and implementing Treasury Management, deposit and fraud mitigation solutions, advising clients on cash flow, payments, and risk, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or accounting.
• Minimum five years of Treasury Management or Government Banking experience.
• Certification in AAP, APRP, or CTP within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of Treasury Management and Government Banking clients.
• Identify opportunities and close new business through proactive outreach.
• Sell and support Treasury Management, deposit, lending and related services.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product adoption and client satisfaction.
