Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; concentration in finance or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Treasury Management, Government Banking, or related financial services roles.
• Must hold, or obtain within 24 months of employment, at least one certification: AAP, APRP, or CTP.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, digital banking, and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain, and grow Treasury Management and Government Banking relationships across market areas.
• Proactively identify and close opportunities with existing and prospective clients through business development.
• Generate Treasury Management fee income and support deposit growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal partners to expand relationships with municipal and government clients.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management and Government Banking clients.
