Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance or accounting.
• Minimum of five years of Treasury Management, Government Banking, or related financial services experience.
• Certifications: AAP, APRP, or CTP within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain, and grow Treasury Management and Government Banking relationships across the Bank’s market.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with municipal and government clients; build a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate Treasury Management fee income and support deposit growth; expand product penetration.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management and Government Banking clients.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Bank policies while maintaining client satisfaction.
