Job summary

Fidelity Bank is seeking a Treasury Management and Government Banking Officer to manage and expand relationships with commercial, municipal, and government clients. The role focuses on selling, implementing, and supporting Treasury Management, deposit, and fraud mitigation solutions to improve cash flow and liquidity.

The Officer collaborates with lenders and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience, drive fee income, and grow market share within the bank’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; concentration in finance or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of five years of Treasury Management, Government Banking, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services roles; Government Banking and/or Treasury Management experience strongly preferred.
• Must hold, or obtain within 24 months of employment, at least one of the following certifications: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of Treasury Management and Government Banking relationships across the Bank’s market areas.
• Proactively identify, develop, and close opportunities with clients through calls, relationship management, and industry events.
• Generate Treasury Management fee income and support deposit growth objectives.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline and keep CRM updated.
• Coordinate with internal partners to expand relationships with municipal and government clients.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management and Government Banking clients.
