Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Treasury Management Sales Specialist for our Spanish Fork branch. The role partners with Treasury Sales Officers to drive TM business, grow deposits, generate revenue, and acquire new clients, while supporting implementation and ongoing TM client servicing.

You will build relationships with treasury clients, help streamline processes, prepare analyses and proposals, and participate in product pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Treasury Management or related financial services, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of related experience listed in the ad.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with treasury and depository clients.
• Partner with the Treasury Sales Officer to drive client planning and data support.
• Influence process improvements to streamline the client experience.
• Prepare Account Analysis Comparisons from data and competitor statements.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and formal treasury reviews.
• Engage in product pricing discussions and support client needs.
