Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Treasury Management client inquiries via phone, email, and internal referrals.
• Research and troubleshoot issues related to Treasury Management products and services.
• Assist clients with product training and education to improve utilization and self-service capabilities.
• Process client maintenance requests per procedures and security requirements.
• Escalate complex issues, outages, and fraud through appropriate channels.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and service records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fraud, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products and policies.
