Responsibilities

• Handles inbound service calls from Treasury Management clients with questions about accounts and services.
• Performs client follow up from inbound calls: account maintenance, research, and information requests.
• Makes outbound non-sales calls to support Treasury Management initiatives.
• Implements Treasury Management products and pricing, and provides client training.
• Conducts client training for TM products and services.
• Assists with demos for potential TM clients.
• Handles platform access issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries for TM.
• Executes trades for Mutual Fund Sweep product.
• Tests and validates file formats and layouts; documents user acceptance testing.
• Aids with procedures development and enforcement.
