Job summary

Regions is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist to provide sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients. You will help identify, develop, and deliver solutions to meet day-to-day business needs and assist with onboarding and training to ensure client success.

The role requires collaboration across Commercial and TM teams, strong data analysis, and Microsoft Office proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years prior banking, sales or sales support experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, bilingual, understanding of Working Capital.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and execute sales activities with Treasury Management Relationship Managers.
• Build pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients.
• Participate in the production of presentation decks and client research for proximity to branches.
• Assist in research with TM Product team and ensure implementation quality.
• Oversee client onboarding, training, and satisfaction; act as escalation point.
