Job summary

Third-Coast-Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to provide premier service to business clients using treasury management. You will support customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues related to online banking and treasury services.

This role collaborates with Operations, Sales, and Onboarding, follows department procedures, and escalates complex matters to Team Lead or Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related work experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions, requests, or issues regarding treasury products and services promptly.
• Provide internal support with professionalism to branch, lending, and bank personnel.
• Adhere to department standards for quality of service.
• Support special projects, updates, and new product launches as needed.
• Multitask and work independently and in a team setting.
• Analyze and solve problems in absence of precedents.
• Handle multiple inquiries in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Train new colleagues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
