Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Treasury Management Support specialist in Charlotte, NC to provide ongoing email and phone client support for Treasury Management products, respond to inquiries, and ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory guidelines. You will build product knowledge and assist Sales Officers with client needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, or Operations; banking experience preferred.
• Certifications/Knowledge: MS Office expertise; English reading/writing; knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis and online banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone support and daily client resolution on Treasury Management issues.
• Respond to Treasury Management inquiries in a timely, professional manner; coordinate with Implementation Specialists and Sales Officers as needed.
• Ensure Treasury Management documentation and processes comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with data mapping, testing and conversion tasks related to Bank mergers.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff and assist with special projects.
