Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Experience: 2 years related experience (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations); Previous banking experience preferred.
• Certifications/Knowledge: MS Office expertise, English proficiency; Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis and online banking systems is preferred. Strong written/oral communication; problem analysis and resolution; attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of TM products, services, pricing, and related documentation.
• Provide primary phone support and daily client resolution for TM issues and analyses.
• Research and respond to TM client inquiries, partnering with TM Implementation and Sales as needed.
• Advise clients on security, utilization, and enhancements of TM services.
• Ensure SLA adherence for TM implementation tasks and timelines.
• Ensure TM documentation complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain client tracking logs for additions/changes/deletions.
• Assist TM Sales Officers in identifying client needs and TM product opportunities.
• Provide telephone sales support for basic TM products/services.
• Offer subject matter expertise to internal staff as required.
• Assist with special projects and data mapping/conversion during bank mergers.
