Altabank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist I for our Pleasant Grove Service Center. The role focuses on serving as the subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, providing training, and resolving issues for customers while building strong relationships.

The in-office position involves handling onboarding, online banking setup, and ongoing customer support, with a commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word and Excel for daily correspondence and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to manage heavy client contact.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Aptitude for technology and financial systems including electronic banking and treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training on treasury management products.
• Expand client relationships and maintain high client satisfaction through servicing treasury needs.
• Respond to questions about Treasury and Cash Management systems to ensure proper usage.
• Conduct annual reviews and audits of Treasury Management customers to mitigate risk.
• Daily review of eBanking and Fraud reports and maintenance of customer call logs.
