Job summary

United Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist in Atmore, AL to provide back-office operations, onboarding and maintenance of treasury products. You will collaborate with branches, Operations, Digital Banking and commercial customers to ensure accurate setups and exceptional service.

Requirements include 1+ years in banking or financial services, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in banking, bank operations, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn treasury platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Treasury Services products and onboarding.
• Process new Treasury Services setups and maintenance requests.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, and training of Treasury customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor Treasury Services activity for service disruptions and issues.
• Serve as primary contact for Treasury servicing requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain customer profiles, entitlements, and configurations.
• Conduct quality control reviews of Treasury setups and changes.
• Support fee management and reporting.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Support digital banking onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to policies and protect confidentiality.
• Assist fraud prevention and identify unusual activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
