Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, Riverton, Utah, seeks a full-time Treasury Management Sales Specialist to drive treasury products, commercial deposits, and client growth. You will support Treasury Sales Officers, assist with implementations, and work across operations to streamline client experiences.

Strong relationship skills and knowledge of treasury services are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with TM officers, proactive problem resolution, and maintaining high service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
1–3 years Treasury Management, business banking, sales or related customer-facing role.
Experience in developing a sales pipeline and pursuing client acquisition is helpful.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with treasury and depository clients.
Collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers and TM teams to streamline processes.
Prepare Account Analysis Comparisons and sales proposals.
Prepare formal treasury reviews for top TM clients.
Engage in product pricing and rate discussions with clients.
