Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to advise business clients on treasury products, explain features, and support implementations and ongoing service.

This role involves direct client contact, collaboration with relationship managers and banking staff, and occasional on-site visits to set up new services and troubleshoot issues, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or business with 1–2 years' client-focused banking experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support client portfolios for Treasury Management products.
• Explain features/benefits of treasury products to clients.
• Assist with implementations and ongoing support.
• Provide onsite or remote product training to clients.
• Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare account analyses and service implementation documents.
• Cross-sell opportunities with lenders where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank security and confidentiality.
