Job summary

ANB Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Assistant I to support customers and Treasury Management operations in Colorado Springs. You will open accounts, process product documentation, and assist with account changes and implementations across departments.

The role involves direct client interaction and on-site support as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in banking, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related banking experience or equivalent education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of banking products, treasury operations, and banking regulations

Responsibilities

• Produce agreements and documentation for Treasury Management products and update related departments
• Perform system maintenance and setup for new or changed accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries including transfers, wire requests, and statements
• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management Officers/Manager
• Support large depository relationships and cross-sell Treasury Management products
