Sunwest Bank in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Treasury Management Associate to support the Treasury Management team and deliver exceptional service to commercial clients. You’ll partner with Sales Officers to win new business and manage client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across departments while staying compliant with banking regulations.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in banking or treasury management.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support Treasury Management Sales Officers to grow client relationships and revenue.
• Be the point of contact for treasury management clients and provide solutions.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of treasury services.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve account issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and treasury needs.
