Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to join our team in Scottsdale.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) focuses on delivering exceptional client support for Treasury Management services, including ACH, RDC, and Online Banking, while leading a team and maintaining KPI/ SLA standards. The ideal candidate will have at least three years in Treasury Management Client Support with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Treasury Management Client Support.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading client support, customer service, or operations teams.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage the workflow of employees, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their role.
• Act as escalation point for Treasury Management Client Support issues.
• Provide client support for Treasury Management products and services (ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, etc.).
• Assist clients with file format setup and support for ACH, Wires and Positive Pay.
• Answer calls and responses from clients and internal staff.
• Develop collaboration with other Bank departments.
