Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in treasury operations, commercial real estate loan servicing, or related financial operations.
• Experience supporting cash management, payment processing, and bank account administration across multiple banking relationships.
• Knowledge of CRE loan servicing, including amortization, draws, paydowns, escrows, reserves, and rate adjustments.
• Experience with multiple online banking platforms and lender portals; Kyriba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations: wire transfers, ACH, and internal cash transfers.
• Manage banking administration: open/close accounts, update signers, maintain docs.
• Prepare daily/monthly cash reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate payment approvals and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with treasury systems and online banking platform administration.
• Support loan servicing activities: principal draws, paydowns, payments, and related cash transactions.
• Maintain loan amortization schedules and interest rate information.
• Administer escrow and reserve accounts; processing and reporting.
• Assist with borrower invoicing, debt service payments, and reserve deposits.
• Coordinate with lenders, servicers, and internal teams on loan activity.

Our client is seeking a Treasury & Loan Servicing Specialist to support daily treasury operations, cash management, and loan servicing activities within a complex, multi-entity environment. This position will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining banking records, supporting loan administration, and ensuring accurate cash reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations, including preparing and processing wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal cash transfers.
• Manage banking administration activities, including opening and closing accounts, maintaining authorized signers, and updating account documentation.
• Monitor cash balances and transaction activity, preparing daily and monthly cash reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate payment approvals, supporting documentation, and transaction confirmations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of treasury management systems and online banking platforms.
• Support loan servicing activities, including principal draws, paydowns, loan payments, and related cash transactions.
• Maintain loan amortization schedules, interest rate information, and supporting loan documentation.
• Administer escrow and reserve accounts, including payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist with borrower invoicing, debt service payments, reserve deposits, and loan payoff processing.
• Coordinate with lenders, third-party servicers, and internal teams regarding loan activity, payment requirements, and account administration.
• Support financing-related activities, including lender reporting, invoices, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 4-6 years of experience in treasury operations, commercial real estate loan servicing, or related financial operations.
• Experience supporting cash management activities, payment processing, and bank account administration across multiple banking relationships.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing, including amortization schedules, draws, paydowns, escrows, reserves, and interest rate adjustments.
• Experience working with multiple online banking platforms and lender portals.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems; Kyriba experience preferred.
• Experience with loan servicing software or related financial management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and external service providers.
