Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or Banking Operations.
• Strong cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking experience.
• Familiarity with debt facilities, letters of credit, and trade finance instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash and liquidity management across the organization and forecast cash flow weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate bank relationships, reconciliations, ACH/ check reviews, and bank statements.
• Support debt facilities, funding renewals, and lender communications.
• Manage L/C and SCF programs; ensure day-to-day banking activities and access management.
• Prepare treasury reports, audit support, and covenant/compliance certifications.
