Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp serves as a leading provider of turnkey solar PV and BESS solutions with a strong FP&A function in Houston. The Manager, FP&A will own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range models to support data-driven decisions.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A and requires collaboration with Corporate Finance, Operations, and Development teams. Hybrid work in Houston, TX with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 5–8 years in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance with project-based experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• ERP experience (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and project accounting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models.
• Deliver executive-ready insights on P&L performance, variance drivers, and business trends.
• Partner with Business Planning, Operations, and Corporate Finance to align forecasts with revenue recognition and project timelines.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages for leadership.
• Support M&A activities, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure actuals are properly booked and reconciled with forecasts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Sr. Director of FP&A.
• Regular attendance is required per company policy.
