Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Finance Lead to manage treasury functions, liquidity, and funding activities within the EPC Corporate Finance team based in Houston. The role coordinates with headquarters, banks, and internal stakeholders to oversee cash management, debt facilities, and lender communications.

The position is hybrid, with travel up to 10%. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in treasury/finance are required, along with strong Excel and SAP skills; US work authorization is required and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or Banking Operations.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Familiarity with debt facilities, letters of credit, and trade finance instruments.
• Experience with ERP and treasury/banking systems; SAP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with banks and financial institutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead cash flow forecasting across the organization and monitor liquidity needs.
• Oversee treasury operations including banking relationships and payments.
• Support debt facilities, LC programs, and covenant reporting to lenders.
• Prepare treasury reports and assist with external audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and EPC teams on treasury matters.
