Western Union seeks a Director, Treasury Infrastructure to design, implement, and maintain core banking and system infrastructure, integrating traditional banking with innovative crypto solutions. The role partners with the Digital Assets team to support USDPT stablecoin ecosystem and ensures scalable, secure, compliant treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of global payment and banking systems, multi-currency treasury operations.
• Direct experience with stablecoins or crypto infrastructure, including settlement, custody, or token flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop global liquidity structure strategy with treasury ops, tax, and stakeholders.
• Optimize treasury payment rails (wire, ACH, cross-border) to cut costs.
• Lead treasury infrastructure with IT for reliable end-to-end payment flows.
• Partner with Digital Assets to support USDPT stablecoin infrastructure.
• Align system capabilities and processes between Treasury, IT, Accounting, and business units.
