West Monroe is seeking a Director of Treasury Management and Payments to advise senior executives and lead transformation programs for financial institutions across Treasury Management, Payments, and Commercial Banking. You will shape solutions, drive revenue growth, and develop teams within the Financial Services practice.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of Financial Services and/or professional services consulting experience, including significant Treasury Management, Payments, or Commercial Banking leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across Treasury Management and Payments products, operations, sales, technology, risk, and customer experience.
• Experience with commercial banking, treasury management, and payments technologies, including commercial online banking platforms, payment solutions, nCino, CRM platforms, or related financial services technologies.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ability to travel 25 to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level executives, helping clients address complex Treasury Management, Payments, and Commercial Banking priorities.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives spanning operating model, sales effectiveness, product strategy, payments modernization, customer experience, platform modernization, M&A, risk controls, and organizational change.
• Provide oversight for engagement scope, staffing, financial performance, risk, quality, and executive communications.
• Apply deep industry expertise to translate business needs into practical strategies, operating models, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
• Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
