Job summary

United Tech is seeking a Treasury Manager to scale and strengthen our treasury function across multi-currency cash flows with global banks, EMIs, and crypto partners. You will lead treasury operations, own banking relationships, and optimize processes to support strategic growth.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Financial Control, and Product teams, ensuring KYC compliance, risk mitigation, and accurate payment documentation while driving automation and ERP transitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Treasury Manager experience in IT/fintech or multi-jurisdictional business.
• Hands-on with international banks, EMIs and payment systems.
• Experience with crypto payments/exchanges is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale treasury function, driving improvements and best practices.
• Manage relationships with banks and EMIs, negotiate terms and fees.
• Analyze banking costs and identify optimization opportunities to reduce fees.
• Oversee opening/closing of bank and EMI accounts across jurisdictions.
• Own KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage FX risks and currency strategy for new business flows.
• Prepare reporting on turnover, balances and performance for management.
