Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in treasury operations or banking QC, with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in treasury management operations or banking quality control.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and services.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documentation review, workflow analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to follow established procedures and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to identify discrepancies per documented protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review all TM implementations for accuracy and completeness (ACH, wires, remote deposit, lockbox, etc.).
• Validate client configurations against approved documentation and service agreements.
• Ensure required approvals, forms, and compliance checks are completed before activation.
• Perform post-implementation audits of documentation, fees, alerts, and limits.
• Identify gaps or deviations from procedures and elevate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control findings and metrics.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to refine workflows and reduce recurring errors.
• Recommend updates to QC checklists and SOPs.
• Support training to reinforce quality standards across teams.
• Track and report QC metrics, including error rates and turnaround times.
• Provide insights to management on trends and operational improvements.
