Job summary

Pipe View America is seeking a detail-driven Treasury & Financial Reporting Accountant to support the Controller in monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. You will own treasury activities, enhance NetSuite reporting, and lead AI-enabled improvements to speed and accuracy of financial processes.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with treasury management and financial reporting, plus strong NetSuite skills and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including treasury management and financial reporting.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (GL, reconciliations, saved searches/reporting; SuiteAnalytics a plus).
• Genuine interest in applying AI tools to accounting workflows and driving adoption.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience in a private company environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Controller in monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Own treasury areas of the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting in NetSuite.
• Act as NetSuite SME: maintain COA, dimensions, saved searches, reporting templates; train staff.
• Identify and implement AI tools to reduce manual work and speed up close.
• Evaluate and roll out NetSuite automation features and AI add-ons.
• Assist with audit support, schedules, and documentation for auditors and tax preparers.
• Help maintain internal controls and SOPs; support ad hoc financial analyses.
