Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an Associate Director to lead Treasury and E-Payment Operations, driving liquidity, cash forecasting, and scalable payment experiences for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You will manage a team of about 6, collaborate with Finance and Tech, and improve processes to support sustainable growth. Primary location is Cologne or Sevenum with regular on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, 'lead by example' mindset
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• German language skills are a plus

As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform. You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.

This role can be based in either our Cologne or Sevenum office. Whichever you choose will be your primary location with regular (weekly) on-site presence; occasional (bi-weekly - monthly) visits to the other office are also part of the role.
