Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Manager Accounts Payable to own and scale the AP function in a high-volume environment. You will lead a large team, drive improvements in processes and systems, and ensure accurate, efficient operations across the function.

The role requires 6+ years in AP with leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach. German language is a plus. This international role offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities to shape AP at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with leadership responsibility.
• Strong people leader capable of structuring teams and developing talent.
• Hands-on with eye for detail and operational depth.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation, plus process improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management in a dynamic environment; German is a plus.
