Redcare Pharmacy seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to own the Marketing Data Product roadmap and translate marketing analytics strategy into scalable data products. As Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and cutting-edge innovation. We strive to create a healthy collaborative work environment where every employee feels valued and inspired to contribute to our vision “Until every human has their health”. If you’re seeking a career that offers purpose and aligns with your values join us and start your #Redcareer today. As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Data Product strategy and portfolio within a business domain, shaping how data is used to solve meaningful business challenges and create measurable value. Whether your domain is Customer, Marketplace, Finance, Procurement, Pricing or Marketing, you will define the product vision, translate complex business challenges into scalable Data Products, and ensure that the solutions we build are adopted and create measurable impact. Working at the intersection of business, product and data, you will have the autonomy to challenge assumptions, identify the opportunities that matter most, and bring business stakeholders and cross-functional Data & AI teams together around a clear product direction. This is not a traditional requirements-management role. We are looking for someone who thinks in problems, outcomes and products rather than requests and individual reports.
Our tech environment You don't need to be a Data Engineer yourself, but you should have a strong understanding of modern data platforms, data models, pipelines and marketing measurement methodologies. You'll be comfortable working closely with technical experts, challenging solutions and translating complex marketing requirements into scalable data products.
Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Marketing Analytics, MarTech or Data Products, ideally with experience building or leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of marketing and e-commerce, including performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, customer retention and the role of data in driving commercial decisions. Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methodologies, particularly Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing, with an understanding of how these approaches support marketing effectiveness and investment decisions. Strong understanding of modern data platforms and technologies, particularly Databricks, dbt and Power BI, with the ability to collaborate confidently with technical teams on data models, pipelines and integrations. Proven experience working in agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder coordination using Jira and Confluence. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts and measurement methodologies to senior and C-level stakeholders. A hands-on, product-driven mindset, comfortable operating at the intersection of Marketing, Data and IT, challenging requirements and translating business needs into scalable solutions. Fluent English and German, with experience in e-commerce, retail or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry considered a strong advantage. Additional Information
