Job summary

Archny is seeking a Director of Treasury & Cash Management to partner with the Head of Treasury in managing daily, monthly, and annual financial operations across programs, including forecasting, reconciliation, and cash application, while leading modernization efforts and integrating to a new ERP.

This hybrid role focuses on treasury execution and automation, with emphasis on building controls, dashboards, and liquidity strategies, in alignment with organizational ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in treasury, cash management, or related finance role.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data modeling.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong detail orientation and deadline-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily cash positioning and liquidity management.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash-flow forecasts.
• Optimize banking services and act as primary contact for banking partners.
• Support migration from legacy ERP to Workday treasury module.
• Automate recurring manual workflows.
• Coordinate treasury with AR/AP and FP&A; report and plan with parish finance.
• Lead treasury staff and define priorities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on liquidity and treasury risk.
• Assist with liquidity strategy, bank structures, and internal controls.
