Job summary

HALL Group is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to oversee daily cash operations and drive treasury modernization across its multi-entity portfolio. You will forecast cash, optimize ERP workflows, and implement automation with Yardi, Trovata and Airtable to support executive decision-making.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to map cash flows and improve month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems management or hybrid treasury/accounting roles.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet automation.
• Hands-on ERP experience, specifically Yardi; experience with Trovata and Airtable preferred.
• Understanding of multi-entity structures and general ledger journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations across multiple entities.
• Forecast daily cash position from receipts and disbursements.
• Develop strategies to optimize overall cash position.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.
• Improve efficiency in cash processes and month-end closing.
• Maintain secure data backups and ERP-related workflows.
• Connect ERP data with Treasury Management Software (TMS) like Yardi, Trovata, and Airtable.
• Oversee multi-entity cash movements and reconciliations.
• Coordinate quarterly distributions to investors and banking relationships.
