The Bachrach Group seeks a Director of Treasury & Cash Management in New York, NY. This role oversees daily cash, liquidity, forecasting, and controls for a nonprofit, driving treasury modernization and automation while migrating processes to Workday.

You will lead treasury staff, build dashboards, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, FP&A and parish finance. Advanced Excel and ERP/workday experience are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury, cash management, accounting, or financial operations experience.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to finance stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday, treasury management systems, ERP implementations, banking platforms, SQL, Python, or automation tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, forecasting, reconciliation, and cash application.
• Oversee banking relationships, platforms, account access, and controls.
• Lead treasury workstreams related to the Workday ERP migration.
• Automate spreadsheet‑based and manual treasury processes.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, FP&A, and Parish Finance.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and treasury reporting tools.
• Supervise and develop treasury staff.
