Job summary

Visa Treasury's Digital Assets and Innovation team is seeking a leader to own operations end-to-end and shape treasury roadmaps. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Settlement Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering to vet ideas and launch pilots with external partners.

You will run daily treasury ops across digital assets and traditional payments, monitor liquidity, settlement, and controls, and drive governance and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in treasury, payments, or fintech environments.
• Experience with digital assets: stablecoins, custody, wallets, and networks.
• Strong project management, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience identifying regulatory risks and implementing controls.

Responsibilities

• Run daily treasury operations across digital assets and traditional payments.
• Execute treasury activities across blockchains, custodians, wallets, banks, exchanges, and providers.
• Participate in rotating weekend and after-hours support for treasury ops.
• Monitor fiat and digital asset liquidity, funding needs, and risk controls.
• Own settlement, reconciliation, controls, and audit readiness processes.
• Lead pilot execution from planning through launch with governance and diligence.
