Job summary

BVNK, the Mastercard-backed fintech, is hiring an experienced Head of Treasury to lead treasury operations and digital assets management in our US-based finance team. You will shape treasury strategy, oversee banking and crypto relationships, and drive governance and compliance across NAV, ALCO, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of senior treasury experience, TMS implementation know-how, and strong skills in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate treasury or similar senior finance role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing TMS platforms.
• Strong background in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Knowledge of NAV and ALCO reporting and regulatory requirements for crypto assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Design and oversee Treasury Management System implementation and governance.
• Manage banking relationships and intercompany funding arrangements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including crypto assets exposure.
• Lead ALCO governance, reporting, and compliance for senior leadership.
