Empower is seeking a Vice President of Treasury Operations to lead strategy and execution across cash management, banking, payments, and treasury controls. You will collaborate with senior leadership to set direction, drive major initiatives, and build a high‑performing, multi‑level team.

The role focuses on Kyriba TMS governance, automation, AI applications, and ERP integrations, ensuring ICOFR compliance, risk management, and scalable processes to support growth and capital activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years Treasury experience with 10+ years in management.
Experience with Kyriba and treasury technology.
Strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Treasury Operations strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Direct cash management, banking, payments, reporting, and controls.
Drive major Treasury projects, cross-functional initiatives, and risk governance.
Sponsor Kyriba TMS governance, roadmap, and enhancements.
Lead automation and AI initiatives in Treasury and data capabilities.
Oversee treasury activities for cash management, investments, and acquisitions.
Manage enterprise payment operations and related control framework.
Direct bank relationships and treasury policies, SOPs, ICOFR controls.
