Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Global Treasury Architecture, Systems & Processes to own the global treasury technology roadmap and drive standardized, automated processes across regions. You will partner with Digital Technology, Controllership, and banks to deliver scalable, auditable solutions and robust governance.

You will lead discovery workshops, define design principles, and manage complex deployments of Kyriba and related systems, ensuring operational resilience and value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or treasury technology.
• Experience implementing or rolling out Kyriba.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes (cash, payments, forecasting, controls).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; professional treasury certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global Treasury technology roadmap and design principles; ensure governance and value realization.
• Lead global rollout of treasury system capabilities across regions, including scoping, milestones, and risk management.
• Drive automation of bank statements, payments, reconciliations, and liquidity reporting; promote scalable standard solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, data migration, testing, cutover, and handover with regional teams and partners; ensure auditability and controls.
• Develop testing strategies and manage unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; prioritize fixes.
