Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Treasury Operations to lead enterprise cash management, banking, payments, and treasury controls. You will sponsor the Kyriba Treasury Management System and guide the strategic roadmap, while directing a multi-level team across the firm.

You will drive automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and data-driven improvements in cash processes, working with senior leaders to align priorities with business goals and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years Treasury experience, incl. 10+ years in progressive management.
• 5+ years with Kyriba.
• Series 99 registration within 1 year of hire; FINRA fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Treasury Operations strategy and priorities.
• Direct treasury operations across cash management, banking, payments, and reporting.
• Sponsor Kyriba TMS governance and modernization.
• Lead automation, data capabilities, and AI initiatives in Treasury.
• Direct bank relationships and banking infrastructure governance.
• Develop SOPs and ICOFR controls for Treasury operations.
• Oversee audits and remediation efforts in Treasury.
