Job Responsibilities

The Tax Co-op will assist the team with all or some of the following:

  • Structure chart preparation for deals
  • Document management for deal and entity related information
  • Prepare deal and entity checklists
  • Prepare investor analysis schedule for deals
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance and improve operational efficiency
  • Gather and organize information for 2025 tax compliance
  • Prepare workpaper and analysis for 2025 tax compliance
Qualifications

Compensation

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00. Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
