Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation in Oklahoma City seeks a Treasury Client Services Professional II who provides technical and operational support for DDA and Treasury Management Products to a portfolio of Commercial Banking customers, including high-priority clients.

You will obtain required Legal and BSA/AML CIP information, analyze documentation for regulatory compliance, and resolve issues with cross-department collaboration across Treasury Services, Operations, IT, and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3–4 years in bank operations or customer service, or 7–8 years equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients by reviewing receivables, settlement activity, and account needs.
• Review account documentation and coordinate with Compliance and Legal on regulatory requirements and exceptions.
• Troubleshoot DDA (IMPACS) and Treasury Management system or product issues with Operations, IT, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary customer contact with timely responses and clear updates.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, fraud awareness, and product training.
• Track issues in Salesforce, support product testing, and communicate system updates while identifying cross-sell opportunities with RM partners.
